Made to your drawing
Custom furniture legs, made to your drawing.
None of our references is a stock model — every part in our catalogue started as a client’s drawing. Send yours and we manufacture it in solid beech or oak, from prototype to series.
What you can send us
A technical drawing (PDF, DWG or DXF), a sketch, or a photo of a sample part. Add the wood species — beech or oak — the finish — raw, stained or lacquered — and the quantity you need. If the design is not finished yet, we can develop the component with you.
What we make to drawing
Wooden legs are our main product: turned, tapered, sabre and chamfered legs, and short feet. Sabre legs are band-sawn and profiled from solid stock, with the curve following your drawing exactly — typical for chairs and occasional tables. Chamfered legs get their chamfers cut to your specification for a crisp, faceted silhouette, sanded ready for staining or lacquer.
Around the legs we machine frame parts: straight rails, corner brackets and mounting blocks, square and true, with tenons, dowel holes or profiles to match your joinery.
How an order runs
We machine a prototype for your approval and return a firm quote for the series, material and finish included. The series is produced on our own machines in Vâlcea — no subcontracting — finished in-house, checked by hand piece by piece, then packed and palletised. The minimum order is 500 pieces per reference; we export to Germany, Belgium, France and the Netherlands.
