Furniture feet — beech & oak
Wooden bun feet and cabinet feet, turned to size.
Compact turned feet and block feet for sofas, cabinets, beds and chests, manufactured in solid beech and oak — plain, or with a mounting bolt or dowel.
What furniture feet are
Where a leg lifts a piece of furniture, a foot keeps it close to the floor. Bun feet and ball feet are turned on the lathe into a rounded profile; block feet are machined square or with a simple profile. Small as they are, they set the height and the character of the piece and carry its full weight.
Upholsterers use them under sofas, armchairs and beds; cabinet makers under chests, sideboards and wardrobes, wherever a full-length leg would stand too tall.
Made to your piece
We make feet in the diameter and profile your piece requires. They are supplied plain or with a mounting bolt or dowel, so they arrive ready to fit to your frame or carcass. Send a drawing or a sample foot and we reproduce it exactly, identical across the whole batch.
Like all our parts, the feet are turned from kiln-dried Romanian beech and oak, checked by hand one by one and finished in-house — raw, stained or lacquered.
Prototype, quote, series
We machine a first article for your approval, quote the series and then manufacture it. The minimum order is 500 pieces per reference. Feet are a large family in our catalogue, made for furniture manufacturers in Germany, Belgium, France and the Netherlands.
